Terms and Conditions: The Rules That Decide Whether a Payout Leaves
Your account
One account per person, per household and per device. Duplicates are closed and any bonus balance attached to them is voided — not as a punishment, but because bonus farming is what turns generous terms into stingy ones for everybody else. You must be 18 or older, and the name on the account must be your own legal name.
Verification is required before your first withdrawal: a photo identity document and a proof of address dated within the last three months. The name on both must match the account and the destination card, bank account or wallet. We check once, by hand, and we do not ask again unless something material about the account changes.
Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials, playing on somebody else's behalf, or funding an account with a card that is not yours will all end the same way, and it will end at the payout stage rather than the deposit stage — which is the worst possible moment to discover it.
Bonuses and turnover
Every match bonus carries 50x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount rather than on deposit plus bonus. Pokies contribute 100% towards that requirement; table, live and video-poker games contribute little or nothing. Playing out a bonus at a live table is therefore close to not playing it out at all, and the weighting is published rather than hidden.
The welcome package runs across four deposits — 125% to AU$2,000, then 100% to AU$1,500, then 100% to AU$1,000, then 80% to AU$1,000 — with a minimum qualifying deposit of AU$20. Conversion from the package is capped at AU$5,000 or six times the total of the four deposits, whichever applies to the account. The no-deposit spins carry the same 50x and a separate AU$200 ceiling.
Opt-in happens at the cashier, before the deposit confirms. A bonus cannot be applied to money that has already landed. Withdrawing while a bonus is unfinished generally forfeits it, and the confirmation dialogue says so before you commit.
Payments and payouts
The minimum withdrawal is AU$20. The weekly ceiling is AU$10,000, lifted only through tier progression in the loyalty club — not by support, not on request, and not by any code. Every request is reviewed by a person, typically within 24 hours, before its payment rail begins.
We charge no withdrawal fee on any method at any tier. Intermediary banks and crypto networks levy their own costs and those are outside our cashier. Where possible, funds return by the route they arrived; where that is not possible, the cashier will offer an alternative before you confirm.
Terms change from time to time, and the current version always sits here rather than in an email you were sent last year. Anything liable to move — bonus percentages, payment limits, tier thresholds — should be checked against your own account before you rely on it. Start again from the main page if you need the current cashier.
